Expressions of Interest for Commercial and Aquatic Operators and Jetty Users 2026/2027

The City of Mandurah invites experienced Commercial and Aquatic Operators to submit proposals to trade at approved locations across the City Centre, Waterfront Precinct, and throughout the district for the 2026/2027 trading period. The City welcomes proposals that supports resident wellbeing, enhances the visitor experience, and contributes to the growth of small businesses.

Operators are asked to provide a detailed overview of their proposed operations—including goods or services offered, preferred location(s), operating hours, structures or vehicles involved, and any supporting materials such as site plans or images. Public liability insurance with a minimum cover of $20 million is also required.
